Meet Gwen
As the Operations Manager, Gwen helps to ensure that all Trillium employees have the administrative tools needed to make every client’s experience positive. She strives to build a trusting relationship with every client she interacts with and prides herself on making everyone feel like family.
A graduate of Waubonsee Community College with a certificate in Payroll and Tax & Accounting, Gwen spent years as a stay-at-home mom with her two daughters. Upon reentering the workforce, Gwen spent several years in retail sales but has spent the last decade as an Administrative Assistant for a financial planning office.
When not at the office, Gwen enjoys spending time with her family. She loves to cook and bake for her family and friends, she also enjoys spending time gardening, traveling and playing games. She also prides herself in assisting the local YMCA with starting a swim team and spent 20 years supporting that team and others as an administrative official.
